About Our Owner and CEO
Brian James LaVacca, MPA, Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), has been utilizing the effectiveness of coaching for well over a decade.
Brian has worked in both private and public sector environments, in leadership and management positions, and has successfully used the power of coaching to unlock the potential of his teams! Through his collaborative leadership style, calm demeanor and analytical nature, he has worked to produce effective and efficient teams designed to develop and achieve organizational goals.
Brian currently serves as President and CEO of L7 Coaching and Consulting, LLC.
